Are you bonded and insured?
Yes! We carry a contractor’s bond and insurance that far exceeds to minimum required by the Department of Labor and Industries. We are always happy to provide proof of these coverages upon request.
Are you and your technicians licensed?
Yes! We hold an active Washington State business license, Plumbing Contractor License with the Department of Labor and Industries, and our technicians are always licensed to perform any work we dispatch them to do. If you would like your technician to verify that they hold an active license with the Department of Labor and Industries, just ask and we or your assigned technician will glady let you see their license.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks, cash, credit and debit card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and we partner with a number of lenders that provide competitive rates and finance offers.
How do I accept an estimate?
Simply sign our estimate and we will process a 50% deposit so materials can be ordered and other back-end processes such as permits can be obtained, or delivery of larger components can be arranged.
Can I change my mind after the estimate?
While we hope we can help you we also understand things can change. Should you decide to cancel your work order, we will refund 20% of the deposit back so that materials can be returned, and other fees paid for cancellations.
Do you offer any warranty or guarantee?
We offer a 1-year parts and labor warranty on anything we provide. Anything provided by you is given a 1-year installation warranty.
